Artwork & Proofing

Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your artwork, including spelling, layout, and resolution.

Approval: Once you approve a digital proof via email or chat, the order is final. Promptprint is not liable for errors discovered after approval.

Copyright: You confirm that you own the rights to all provided files.
Color Accuracy & Print Quality

Color Variance: Due to the technical nature of digital printing, a 5-10% color variance between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) is industry-standard and acceptable.

Material Variations: Slight differences in texture or shade may occur across different batches of vinyl, fabric, or paper.
Production & Delivery

Turnaround Time: Delivery dates are estimates based on "ready-to-print" files. Delays in artwork submission will result in delivery delays.

Venue Delivery (QSNCC/BITEC): Our responsibility ends once materials are delivered to the designated booth or signed for by venue staff. Promptprint is not liable for items lost or damaged after delivery at public venues.
Cancellations & Refunds

Custom Orders: As all products are custom-made, no refunds or returns are accepted once production has commenced.

Defects: If a product is functionally defective due to our manufacturing error, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
