• Artwork Ownership: By providing files, you represent that you own the rights to the content. Promptprint is not liable for any copyright infringements.

• Service Delivery: To produce and deliver fast print materials and exhibition setups.

• Marketing & Portfolio: We reserve the right to photograph installed products at public event venues for our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure request is made.

• Retention: We store artwork and order history for 12 months to facilitate easy re-ordering, after which data is securely deleted.

• Third Parties: We share data only with essential logistics partners for venue delivery. We never sell your data.

• Regional Expansion: As we expand across Southeast Asia, your data may be processed by our regional partners under strict data protection agreements to ensure consistent service quality.
